It is a good hotel with thermal pools. The food on dinner and breakfast is good, 3 stars hotel.

A great hotel with many significant advantages, such as extremely helpful and pleasant staff, good hotel location, with a large number of different pools....of course, the ultimate is the thermal water pools both indoors and outdoors, a decent 25-meter pool with sparkling clean water, and the catering exceeds all expectations diversity and at a very high culinary level, in addition to the following, it is nightly live music from Hungarian and as well as the best songs in the world! All in all, the best place to rest!!!

This hotel is wedged halfway between oldschool and modernized in terms of vibe and style. As of August 2023 I can confirm that the hotel is air conditioned (or at least our room was air conditioned and the common areas as well), which may be important to some, as even as recently as 2022, some reviews had been written outlining the lack of A/C, which wouldn't be optimal. The interior is reminiscent of 80s/90s Hungary - not a major problem as far as I care. Main highlights are the vast options for R&R (like half a dozen pools, some specialized, one for swimming, some with thermal water, bowling, pool, aqua fitness, steam cabin, multiple variations of sauna, live music during dinner, etc...), a wide selection of dishes during breakfast and dinner (cannot say much about lunch as it was not in our package), a relatively central location, friendly, courteous staff. Close to certain they speak half a dozen languages here, so that shouldn't be an issue, but this is fairly standard for Hajdúszoboszló I presume. Thanks for having us! We had a good time.

No deal-breakers or massive red flags to share, but there are a handful of improvement opportunities. Of note, our beds were really creaking under any minor motion or movement. Not ideal if you change positions a lot while you sleep. Secondly, although the range of options is wide for breakfast and dinner (as mentioned earlier), the quality seems to vary. By far the most concerning item was the apple juice that tasted like cider. Not saying it certainly went bad, but I for one have never had apple juice with such flavour. And while I could briefly ignore the dill-based sauce instead of tzatziki on a gyro(s) plate, I was struggling to understand the service fee that was charged in the in-house beer garden. I had to go both for the drinks and for the utensils separately, as if it the venue was self-service. What exactly was the service fee for? I don't mind paying a service fee...as long as there is service...likewise, I don't mind self-service either, but I would not expect a service fee then. Confusing. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi was horrendous. I was getting anywhere between 1-3 bars - totally okay - but the overall bandwidth / speed was lackluster, further explained by the fact that connection was serviceable in the early morning, but not during the day. However, you are in for a treat if you like watching TV, there is a wagon of channels available in like a dozen languages. Lastly, the towel and robe replacement policy is not really specified anywhere. We used the same towels and robes for four days. Not great, not terrible.

It's the second time we have been to this hotel,great location and very friendly staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meal. Very clean hotel.

The WiFi was a bit weak,maybe it was because we were on the 9th floor.

Many facilities, thermal pools, cabinets for various procedures, etc. Very good and tasty food. Very friendly staff. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Free parking. Everything was beyond expectations.

It would be good if the ladies who clean the rooms do not knock at the door at 8am and ask if they can get clean. Maybe I want to sleep till 9am, the people are in holliday there.

I enjoyed the pools, the food is tasty and the atmosphere in the hotel is good. The staff did everything they could to help and I will happy to come back again.

The safe in the room is not a real safe, just a metal box with a key. That box was closed and in the reception didn't find the key, so I could not use it at all. I think a spa hotel can afford to put in the rooms a digital safe so the guests can use it and go to the pools without keep the key. It will be good also to hang big clocks with light on the spa walls, so we could see what is the time also in the evening and also in the outside pool.

Hotel is situated pract.in Hbsl. center -but full of trees; H.B. offer spacy rooms, very tasty meal - eve-lunch with nice music, 3thermal/healing pools +1swimming, etc; thanks to helpfull and nice hotel´staff.

Maybe some recomendation in pools not to disturb the others; bad manners of some noisy guests do not match with its healing spa-purpose.

i didn't was informed over payment, i didn't receive de wifi password and i had a room at 11 floor . they didn't look that i travel with a child from 3 jaar oud, and the child was not op my booking in hun systeem. In the room was dust and in the bathroom was not clean. the price was too high for conditions.

The food from the restaurant was very good!

The radiator from our room was almost cold even after I complained this.
